Our Mission

Safe, fun and functional computing for all. It's so easy to start your PC and have a problem. The difficulty is in duplicating the problem once you take it in to the shop. We eliminate that difficulty by coming to you while you are having the problem. For a small fee, we will visit your home or business during business hours and help locate the cause of a problem and many times, repair the problem on site.

Scenario: You arrive home on Friday afternoon from a busy and tiring day at work or out with the kids. You start your computer to look at your email. Then the problem: The PC won't start. What are your options? Wait until Monday and hope the computer shop has time to fit you in, right? Wrong! Now, you can call PC Housecall. For a small overtime fee in addition to the normal service call, a PC Housecall tech arrives at your door and tries to diagnose the problem immediately.

Our goal: We will strive to have your computer functioning within 30 minutes of arriving at your door. We are not just PC Techs, but PC users. We understand the value of PC time.
